Refund policy

We strive to deliver quality content and support services to our customers and in case a
refund becomes necessary under any circumstance, we follow the below mentioned
guidelines to issue a refund.

Refund Requests

Request for refunds has to be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery of your content. If
you are not satisfied with the delivered content even after revisions, you can contact us
through our mail id getcontenthelp@gmail.com
and explain the reasons for dissatisfaction. If we find that the
reasons are valid, we will provide you with partial or full reimbursement in accordance with
our refund policy. It usually takes 5 to 6 business days to complete the refund
procedure after we receive your mail.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Any plagiarism issues
• Poor quality compared to the sample content provided
• Work not delivered within the stipulated time.
• The work contains mistakes.

Conditions under which we provide a refund after deducting the GST:

You will be issued a refund after deduction of the GST charges on condition that we may
publish the content or SOP on our website as a sample content after removing your
personal details. Remember you are not allowed to use this content in any form of media.

Conditions under which we provide a half refund:

You will be issued a half refund upon the agreement that we will not use the content.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Conditions under which we do not provide any refund:

A refund cannot be issued when you are requesting to cancel the order after we
have started working on your content.

Important note:

Please note that if your payment was refunded, you do not own the copyright of the
delivered work and it is imperative that you do not use them for any official or
unofficial purpose.
Additional charges will apply on request of any revision that was not briefed or
contained in the initial information provided.
